- In order to purchase merchandise at the VIP Shop you need to be a Silver or Gold card member, depending on the product you would like to order. In the shop silver and gold card logos indicate which items are available to Silver and/or Gold card members.
- To purchase an item that requires Silver card membership, a player needs to have generated a minimum of 500 PWP within 30 days before the time of placing the order
- To purchase an item that requires Gold card membership, a player needs to have generated a minimum of 4000 PWP within 30 days before the time of placing the order
- Shipping is included for North American residents. Additional charges may apply to residents outside North America
- Some offers may be subject to 20% discount exclusively for Gold card members
- Some objects might not be available to all locations. Please confirm with info@pokerworld.com before placing your order
- VIP Shop merchandise might be subject to charge. Please confirm availability with info@pokerworld.com before placing your order
- The number of PWP required is just an indication and has no legal value. You will receive a confirmation when the order is confirmed by PokerWorld
- PWP will be deducted from the player’s account upon validated confirmation
- Deliverable items will be shipped within 30 days from receiving the confirmation order. PokerWorld cannot be held liable for any delays in the shipment of goods, loss of goods or misplacement of goods
- PokerWorld reserves the right to close the VIP Shop or change or remove the products listed at the PokerWorld Management’s sole discretion and at any time without prior notification
- PokerWorld reserves the right to refuse an order. In such case, PWP will be refunded to the player’s account. PokerWorld cannot be held liable for any cash compensations
- VAT may be applied upon delivery according to the taxation laws of the country you reside in. PokerWorld takes no responsibility for withhold deliveries by customs.
