REFERAL TERMS
In addition to the definitions set forth in the PokerWorld.com Terms & Conditions of Use, and in consideration of the foregoing and following terms, covenants, promises, premises and of which are hereby acknowledged, the following definitions shall apply:
- Referrer is the person who refers his/her friend(s) to PokerWorld.com.
- Referree is the person who was referred by the Referrer.
- The Referree must be a new player to PokerWorld.com. A player with an account at PokerWorld.com under any other names or aliases will not be eligible for the bonus. Players are allowed to have only one (1) account at PokerWorld.com.
- Real Money Deposit refers to a hard deposit of new funds made to the site. Player to Player transfers or transfers from a SportsBook account are not considered real money deposits and are therefore not eligible for the bonus.
- To receive the $75 in Bonus Bucks, the Referree must open an Account, using the Sign-Up Code supplied in the e-mail, within 30 days of receiving the invitation e-mail. Then, the Referree must make a first time Real Money Deposit of $50 or more within 7 days of creating the new account. Only the first deposit would qualify both players for any bonuses.
- The $75 in Bonus Bucks will be added to the Referree's Bonus Bucks Account then released to his/her Real Money Account once the release requirements have been satisfied. The release and cash-out requirements are based on the same release rules applicable to initial Deposit Bonuses.
- To receive a $75 cash bonus for referring a friend, the Referrer must have a valid Real Money Account with a current balance. The $75 referral bonus will be added to the Referrers account after the Referree has played a minimum of 400 raked hands at $0.25 / $0.50 or higher table limits.
- Referral bonuses are not awarded in situations where the Referree opens an account from the same IP Address and/or computer as the Referrer.
- Bonuses will be credited within 24 hours after qualifying.
- The $200 Freeroll will be manually set up by the PokerWorld Management once the referrer has introduced 20 referees that have met the above mentioned requirements.
