Terms and Conditions:

• Only one package per player.
• Player agrees to wear our PokerWorld.com hat and shirt while playing.
• All sign-up information must match your ID.
• All taxes are the sole responsibility of the player.
• Management will settle any disputes.
• Prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as rewarded.
• If, for any reason, a player is unwilling or unable to play, just the WSOP seat is forfeited. The player will still receive the cash award
• All management decisions are final.

Rules and Restrictions for WSOP 2006:

1. The total prize package of the promotion is worth $1,500 US. This includes: $1,000 of the buy-in and fees and $500 for hotel, airfare, and all other expenses.
2. PokerWorld will retain the $1,000 buy-in until the Main Event registration takes place and will pre-register for the player.
3. The $500 cash award will be placed in the customer's PokerWorld account immediately following the player confirming their flight details with PokerWorld. PokerWorld is not responsible for any travel delays. If a customer does not show up to the event on time, no refund will apply.
4. Contest winners agree to wear PokerWorld apparel during the whole tournament. This includes parties, meetings, press encounters, tables, etc.
5. Participation in any PokerWorld contest grants PokerWorld the right to use your name, photos, etc. for promotional purposes without any further compensation.
6. Prize package must be accepted as awarded and is non transferable. It has no cash value.
7. Rescheduling is not permitted. If a customer cannot play the main event, no rescheduling applies.
8. In the case of a qualifier in which the total sum of buy-ins does not cover the seat prize, players will play for the prize pool cash instead of the seat prize.
9. Players who win a seat at the WSOP $1,500 PRICE PACKAGE and haven't made a deposit will not be awarded the tournament prize pack, it will be forfeited.
10. Failure to this rule will result in forfeiting prize package and will not have a cash value. Prize will be granted to 2nd place finisher.
